This is a race suitable to all levels from beginner to seasoned pro.
What?
Race consist of a 3.2Km run, A quick transition and you’re off to complete a 16Km cycle on 2 loops of our bike course which has some downhill, some uphill and a whole load of Push It As Hard As You Can!!! Then it’s out on to the last 3.2Km run.
Where?
The Setanta Duathlon Series takes place from The Rosewood Country Club, Ravensdale, Dundalk, Co.Louth.
